People who are unemployed during Covid face a higher probability of risk due toe acute traumatic stress of not having adequate financial, emotional support during Covid . The case is situational anxiety disorders, 1-5 might have PTSD symptoms. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Suicide due to unmanageable fear from isolation and stress of being unable to support themselves. It takes a told on mind, body and spirit, it affects their body function, mind, spirit, and unfortunately feeling trauma from not being able to recover fast enough. This is not business as usual for the recruiting community not calling on updates, candidates not receiving feedback, or being treated like they were just a interview for compliance.
